The patient is a 65 year old woman who noted that her breasts were very hard. The location of her breasts had also changed, moving upward so that they were too full in the top and the lower part of the breast had contracted. She wished to have soft breasts again with the breast mound and nipple ni the correct location.

At her surgery, the implant was removed and the implant pocket modified to expand the lower part of the breast ot increase the distance between the nipple and the fold under the breast. Postoperatively the breast remained soft and symmetrical and ni excellent position. The postop photo is an 8 year result!
